Primary Purpose:

Facilitate and maintain the effective use of technology at the campus level and provide technical support in the use of hardware and software to multiple campuses.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems and/or experience in a technology related field.

 

 

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications

Ability to analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems

Knowledge of technologies available for use in instructional setting

Ability to repair computer and technology equipment

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to plan and organize work to meet schedules and deadlines

Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology.

Work independently and proactively with little direction

 

Experience:

One-year technical support experience in the use and troubleshooting of technology hardware and software.
