Primary Purpose:
Oversee implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and other school-day aligned academic support.
Assist in aligning enrichment and family engagement with academic support.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in education or related field - preferred
Valid Texas teaching certificate - preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of best practice and theory in curriculum and professional development
Experience working with students and adults from a diverse background
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Minimum two years teaching experience - preferred

- $45,000 - $55,000 Salary Schedule Range
- $376 Contribution to TRS Insurance
- Dilley ISD will provide a $10,000 Life Insurance (no cost)
